Our daily changing delicious Lunch Buffet consists of carefully selected ingredients. You can choose a salad buffet, soup and selection of breads or a full lunch buffet with warm main course.
Our salad table consists of seasonal salads, soup of the day and an extensive bread selection. For those who choose a full lunch buffet, the meat and fish options of the day are also available at the buffet. For vegetarians, our kitchen conjures up a portion from our kitchen.
One of our pride is our handmade pizzas, so one lunch option is naturally our daily changing lunch pizza. On Fair weekends all pizzas from our a la carte list is available at lunchtime.
For business meetings and other extended discussions, we recommend our business lunch option. The three-course menu is an excellent example of the expertise and taste of our cuisine. Our business lunch includes a starter course, an optional main course of meat, fish or vegetarian options, and a small dessert of the day with coffee / tea. For parties more than ten people we serve the main dishes in shared portions between the party.
At Fair weekends, we serve a zero-waste lunch buffet, which may vary throughout the day depending on the raw materials. Buffet's idea is to reduce food waste by utilizing untreated, first-class raw materials. Innovation and changing raw materials bring surprise to everyday life. Responsibility is important to us at restaurant Platta. This is one way for us to work for a better carbon footprint and continuously develop our operations in a more environmentally friendly direction.
